Each unit has air conditioning, cable TV,
washer dryer, and full kitchen with
dishwasher and microwave. There are no
phones in units; pay phone on-site. All
studio and 1BR units are on second floor;
there is no elevator. Studio Max 2/Pri 2
have 1 bath and 1 full murphy bed. 1BR
Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 1
queen sleep sofa. 2BR Max 6/Pri 6 have 2
baths, 2 twin beds, 1 king bed, and 1
queen sleep sofa. All 2BR units are
ground floor. Check-in is Saturday
3PM-6PM. Please contact the office in
advance if late arrival anticipated.
Check-out is 10AM. No pets allowed.
The resort is located in a residential
neighborhood. A car is recommended to
enjoy the area. Tee times must be made
24 hours in advance at 941-385-4830.
There is a small fishing pond nearby.
