Each unit at Tybrisa at the Beach is air-
conditioned and has an ocean-front
balcony, cable television with HBO, a
washer/dryer and a microwave oven. All
units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2
baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1
sleep sofa. Occupancy limits are
strictly enforced. Prior arrangements
must be made for late check-ins. Office
hours are: Sunday to Friday 8:30AM to
5:30PM and Saturday 7:30 AM to 8:00PM.
Resort is undergoing a three year
renovation, completion will be June, 2011.
Mid-Week towel exchange and complimentary
shampoo and conditioner, laundry
detergents and kitchen cleaning supplies.
Free WIFI internet service in each unit.
There is a US$200 security deposit
required at check-in to be paid via
credit card only. Security deposit will
be refunded 24hrs after check-out. **No
pets are allowed at the resort.** No
equipment rental is available on-site for
fishing or boating. Elevators are
located in the building. *** Resort is
non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in
the buildings or units. *****
