The intimacy of the 72-room property has given the resort a family feel, with a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere. The resort has the wonderful mix of being a quiet retreat with the benefit of a casino and other island activities, all easily accessible by local bus service. Due to its size, on-site activities are limited.

The units are built along the main canal
at the Sandyport Marina Village, a few
minutes walk from the ocean beach. Units
have either a pool/garden view or a canal
view. There are no units on the beach.
One-bedroom units have a king bed and
sleeper sofa. Two-bedroom units have 2.5
baths. The second bedroom has either two
double beds or a queen bed and sleeper
loveseat. Neighbors can sometimes be heard
through the lock-off doors. Three-bedroom
units have 3.5 baths, 1 king bed, two
queen beds and two sleep sofas. MAID
SERVICE ONCE PER WEEK (WEDNESDAYS) A
US$100 deposit is required at check-in.
There is a Gov't occupancy tax per
unit/ week for STU US$39.30, 1BR
US$60.80, 2BR US$83.50 and 3BR US$103.00
The resort also charges a US$10 per person
per day energy surcharge for all guests
12 years and older. A car isrecommended
to fully enjoy the island. Resort
enforces an age restriction of 21, unless
accompanied by an older adult. Units
with the name 1bedbcpk have only limited
kitchen facilities.
