As part of Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach Resort's All-Inclusive Vacation Package, guests enjoy accommodations, full breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks; unlimited beverages, cocktails, wine; daily activities and fitness programs; unlimited non-motorized water sports with complimentary lessons' enrollment in the Viva Wyndham Kid's Retreat; live nightly entertainment; all taxes, surcharges, gratuities and more!

Accommodations offered as part of this auction are in a Standard Room with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (including children).

- UPGRADE to a  Flora Room for an additional $5.00 per person per night with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (including children).
- UPGRADE to a Vista Room for an additional $15.00 per person per night with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (including children).

Stay a minimum of 1 night or up to 14 nights as desired and based on availability, with the exception of December 27- January 04 which has a 4 night minimum stay.

Honeymoon Package:
For a minimum of 4 days and 3 nights stay, you will be able to enjoy, at no additional charge the following package: Upgrade to a higher category room, based on hotel availability, a bottle of champagne / sparkling wine, a fruit basket, a hors d’ovres tray, a 7” x 4” picture, 2 t-shirts, plus our all inclusive package. Copy of the marriage certificate required upon check in.

Children Rates:

• Children age 2 and under stay FREE when sharing a room with adults. 
• Children age 3 - 17 years are $25.00 additional per child per night when sharing a room with 2 adults. 

Extra Person Rate:
$75.00 per person per night when sharing a room with two adults.

Single Supplement: Accommodations are based on double occupancy but a single supplement of $55.00 per night additional is available for those traveling solo.  Single parents staying with children must pay the single supplement.  

Seasonal Surcharges per person per night apply during certain time periods. Please see below for details.

A Mandatory New Years Eve supplement is applicable for the night of December 31, 2012, included in the seasonal surcharges.

Spring Break Deposit:
All spring break reservations during March 2013 will be asked for a deposit.
Each spring breaker will be required to deposit $100.00 per person/per stay upon check in. This deposit will be refunded in full on the basis that no damages have been made to the resort.
