Claiming Your Best Price Guarantee Refund

To claim a Best Price Guarantee refund, simply send a request to us within 24 hours of your purchase. Please contact us at guarantee@skyauction.com and include the following information:

  1. Skyauction.com Fulfillment ID number.
  2. Name of Passengers
  3. Dates of Travel
  4. Rate quoted by other web site
  5. The web address (URL) showing the lower price you obtained online for the identical product purchased from Skyauction.com

Since rates change continually, please make a print out of the exact offer as it exists on the competitive web site.

The SkyAuction Customer Care Staff will contact you via email after receipt of your request. If we are unable to verify your lower quote, we will ask for documentation including a screen shot from you in order to verify the on-line rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.

We will issue a credit to your account within 10 business days of verification of your claim submission.

 

Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is available to travelers who have booked a vacation or travel with SkyAuction.com via a buy-it-now offer or direct purchase. This offer is not available for items purchased via auction.
  2. If you find a lower rate (the Comparison Rate) on another web site within 24 hours of purchase and your request is approved, we will refund the difference between the rate you paid and the Comparison Rate and credit your account with $50 SkyCash within 10 business days.
  3. You must contact us within 24 hours of your SkyAuction.com purchase to determine if you are eligible for a discount or refund.
  4. All requests are subject to approval. SkyAuction.com’s decisions are final.
  5. The Comparison Rate must be displayed on a web site that is accessible to the general public and be available for purchase online. The lower rate may not come from a web site where you were required to call in to get the rate, or from an email that you received.
  6. The Comparison Rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us and must be able to be verified by the SkyAuction Customer Care Staff.
  7. Any Comparison Rate obtained by using frequent traveler, coupons, or special discounts of any kind is not eligible for this Guarantee. Any discount for membership based programs, military discounts, senior or specific residency are not eligible. A Comparison Rate based on an offer obtained by winning a sweepstakes or that is resold by an individual is not eligible.
  8. Offers for certificates and merchandise are not eligible for the Best Price Guarantee.
  9. SkyAuction reserves the right to limit the number of Best Price Guarantee requests an individual, family, or group may make within a specified time frame.
  10. Awarded SkyCash credit may be revoked by SkyAuction if customer does not complete travel.
  11. This offer is Void where prohibited by law. SkyAuction reserves the right to modify or cancel the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the SkyAuction.com web site. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the Best Price Guarantee and the Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions from the SkyAuction.com web site.

Airline Tickets Guarantee Terms and Conditions

  1. Fares are eligible only if they are on the identical carrier, for the identical flight itinerary and dates, routing, passenger type, and class of service as booked through SkyAuction.com.
  2. The Best Price Guarantee applies to the total price paid for the airline ticket including taxes.< Additional items such as insurance are not eligible. Processing fees are not included. All Comparison Rates submitted for a Best Price Guarantee must include all applicable taxes and any other applicable surcharges.

Hotel Stay Guarantee Terms and Conditions

  1. Comparison Rates for hotels must be for the identical hotel, room type, dates, and options.
  2. The Best Price Guarantee applies to the total price paid for the hotel room including taxes, but not including processing fees. All Comparison Rates must include all hotel taxes and miscellaneous service inclusions.
  3. Best Price Guarantee may only be claimed for an entire length of stay, not for individual nights.

Travel Package Guarantee Terms and Conditions

  1. Comparison Rates for packages must contain identical components to the package purchased on SkyAuction and must meet all of the terms and conditions of the Airline Ticket and Hotel Stay Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Best Price Guarantee applies to the total price paid for the package including taxes, but not including processing fees.

Cruise Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

  1. Fares are eligible only if they are for the same cruise line, ship, sailing date and cabin category as booked through SkyAuction.com.
  2. The Best Price Guarantee only applies to rates advertised and available to the general public. Without limitation, this does not include group, charter, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator, or interline rates.
  3. You must meet all requirements of the lower rate, including, without limitation, residency, regional, past passenger, and age-related requirements.
  4. The Best Price Guarantee only applies to the cost of the cruise, including port charges. Additional items such as air or land components, insurance, shipboard credits, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, onboard amenities, gift cards/certificates, cash back, and/or dollars off are not eligible. Taxes and fees, including processing fees, are not included.
