Your STUDIO UNIT will accommodate 2 people and has a partial kitchen. The Ocean view studio Apartments are spacious with a minimum of 48 square meters including your own private balcony overlooking the ocean. Each (one-room) studio features a king-size bed, bathroom, nightstand with alarm clock, drawers and wall closet with in-room safe. The living area includes a dining table, Flat screen TV, kitchenette with table top refrigerator, microwave and all utensils.

All One Bedroom Apartments at the Caravanserai Beach Resort St.Maarten allow direct views of the Caribbean Sea and most of the rooms have a chance to see the Green Flash when the sun sets. Each suite is equipped with a King Size bed, Sleeper Sofa, balcony and one full bathroom. Contemporary furniture provides ample storage space for an extended St.Maarten beachfront vacation. Private balconies allow guests to take advantage of St.Maarten's near perfect weather. All apartments feature fully equipped designer kitchens following through to an open-plan living area and private balcony are guaranteed as are spectacular ocean views. State-of-the-art amenities create the perfect retreat for an unforgettable St.Maarten vacation experience.

Resort is under ongoing construction (80% completed)

Government occupancy tax is approximately $50.00 per unit per week and is due at check in.

There is a security deposit due upon check in of $200.00

Resort Fee is a daily charge of $7.50 for a studio unit and $10 for a 1 Bedroom Suite. 

Note:  Spend the weekend or stay the week, the suite is yours for 7 nights.  Also, there is no presentation to attend, so all your vacation time is yours to enjoy.
