Adjacent to the south shore of Lake Tahoe and the Ski Run Marina is the Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort. Within two miles of the resort, enjoy cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, and snow-boarding at Heavenly Ski Resort; horseback riding; world-renowned casinos; fishing and boating; mountain biking; restaurants; and live entertainment. On site, enjoy the resort's pool, exercise equipment, sauna, and hot tub. Whether visiting in the summer or winter, the resort's laid-back atmosphere is the perfect setting for a vacation. Please be aware the resort has very limited parking facilities on site!

Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort guests can also take a short drive from the resort to play a few rounds of golf, gamble in world-renowned casinos and dine at a variety of restaurants. Shopping and live entertainment are likewise nearby.
Unit Description
The Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort features spacious, air-conditioned studio, one- and two-bedroom accommodations with a kitchen. Studio and one-bedroom units sleep 2 to 4 persons; two-bedrooms accommodate 4 to 6 guests.
Studio Unit sleeps 4 and have one bath. Two queen beds with a full bath and mini kitchen, which includes a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and service dishes for four. The telephone system provides voice mail and message waiting features. Each bedroom has a flat screen television with remote control.

One Bedroom Unit sleeps a maximum of 4. One Bedroom Standard includes one king size bed, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. The living room area has a full size sofa sleeper, flat screen TV with remote control, and DVD player. Most units have a balcony or patio, and all one bedrooms have a fireplace. The master bathroom has a jet garden tub. The kitchen units include a full size refrigerator, microwave, full stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cookware. The telephone system provides voice mail and message waiting features.

Important Information
There is an additional charge of US$20.00 per unit per day for valet or self parking. The Resort is a Non-Smoking resort. Wireless is available for a fee. Most units have a safe in the bedroom. The pool is open year-round. No pets allowed. No RVs are allowed. The resort is unable to upgrade accommodations to a larger unit.
Resort is currently renovating units which may disturb guests though 2014. Work is during business hours only.
Note: Spend the weekend or stay the week, the suite is yours for 7 nights. Also, there is no presentation to attend, so all your vacation time is yours to enjoy.
