Guests at The Biggest Loser Resort experience a structured program that is uniquely crafted to produce a positive lifestyle change. For adult men and women of all ages and fitness levels, The Biggest Loser Resort offers comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, delicious spa cuisine meals, informative nutrition classes, motivational trainers, state-of-the art fitness equipment, a refreshingly large swimming pool, extraordinary group camaraderie, and much more.

Specifically, as part of the all inclusive program, guests receive 3 meals per day and a snack, 10 hours of lecture per week by life coaches and nutritionists/RDs, group fitness training each day, and various outdoor activities.

One on One Fitness programs, counceling and Spa treatments are not included but can be purchased locally.

Stay for 7 nights, Sunday to Sunday only.

A tax and service charge of $295 per person per week is additional.
