The resort offers a number of recreational opportunities and a superb location near the cities of Tampa, Sarasota and Ft Myers. At the resort's beach, you can enjoy all types of water activities. The resort features a lighted tennis court, heated outdoor pool, bikes, shuffleboard, and barbecue grills. Close by, both Sarasota and Bradenton offer golf, fishing, and horseback riding. Area attractions include Asolo State Theater, Sarasota Jungle Gardens and shopping.

BEACH and include a washer and dryer.
These units require stairs to access the
units. All other two bedroom units are
located ACROSS THE STREET from the beach
in a separate building not pictured in
the RCI directory. These units have a
central laundry facility and have
elevator access to the units.Elevator is
located on the bay side. OCC: Max 4/Pri 2
have 1 bath, 2 twin murphy beds & 1
queen sleeper sofa. 1 BR units OCC: Max
6/ Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2

Only 1 parking spot per unit is
available. RCI Points bookings which are
