Highlights

Located on the oceanfront of beautiful Estero Island is Bel-Air Beach Club. Jet Skis, sailboats, aqua bikes, and various fishing charters are offered at marinas a few minutes away. Golf and tennis facilities are within five miles. Be sure to set aside time for sight-seeing. A must-see is Thomas Edison's winter home, located on the Fort Myers mainland. The resort offers wireless internet, gas barbeque grills and bicycles.

Bel-Air accommodations are air-conditioned
and feature large spacious units, private
balconies, cable television, washer/dryer
and dishwasher. Bel-Air Beach Club has
whole-owned condos and some timeshare
units. The timeshare units have a limited
view of the gulf. Resort is unable to
relocate to a different unit view. All
units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6, with 1.75
baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and a
queen sleep sofa. Resort reserves right to
assign different unit of same size and
occupancy as the unit confirmed. Resort
has a private beach; resort does not
sponsor any organized activities.
Office hours are 8AM to 4:30PM; closed
Sunday and Wednesday. If arriving after
4:30PM on Saturday or on Sunday, contact
the resort in advance for late check-in
procedures. All guests must be at least
age 23, unless accompanied by a parent.
There is only one parking space per unit.
Oversized vehicles/boats are not allowed.
Additional parking in the area for a fee.
Guest parking is not available on site.
