Each unit at Waterwood Townhouses is air-
conditioned and has a full kitchen with a
microwave oven, dishwasher, and a washer/
dryer. Other unit amenities include a
private telephone line, 2 televisions, a
VCR, and a fireplace. All units are 2BR
loft units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 with 2 full
baths, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds, and 1
sleep sofa. All units are bi-level and
have stairs to the front door and to the
second level. Please note that the
resort is UNABLE to accommodate unit
upgrades. No pets are allowed. Security
deposit is required at check in.
Amenities are charged separately. A car
is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
Office hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to
5pm, Friday - Sunday 8am-7pm. Please
note: There are no boat rentals at this
resort. Sailing Charters are available
for a fee during the summer months only.
Fishing Charters are also available at
the ocean which is 40 miles from the
resort.
