Many Ocean Pines units have a beautiful
ocean view or sound view. Other units
have a view of the court or the swimming
pool. In addition, each unit has air-
conditioning, fireplace, television,
dishwasher and microwave. Some units
also include a whirlpool spa. 1BR units
OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1.5 baths, 1 double
bed and 1 double sleep sofa. 2BR units
OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 double
bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa No
pets are allowed. Camping vehicles are
not permitted on the property. A deposit
of US$100 (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover or
check) is required. To enjoy the area
fully, it is recommended you have a car.
All units have stairs leading to the unit
& two sets of steep stairs inside the
unit. Some buildings have more than one
floor and there are no elevators. Resort
is unable to accommodate unit upgrades or
changes. Office hours are 9AM-7PM Monday
thru Friday and 9AM-10PM Saturday and
Sunday. Check-in is at Duck Resort #1008.
Resort enforces 25 year age requirement
during the months of February - April.
