Each air-conditioned unit at Silver Beach
has at least one private balcony that is
either oceanfront or ocean view, satellite
TV and a full kitchen with full sized
appliances including dishwasher and
microwave. Studio units have both the
living area and sleeping accommodations
within the same room. Studio units OCC:
Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 queen sleep
sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1
1/2 or 2 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 queen
sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4
have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, a queen sleep
sofa and a full size bed. Studio and 1BR
units are oceanfront. 2BR units have 2
balconies and have only ocean views from
units. No pets are allowed. There is a
US$50 security deposit required at
check-in. Rental fees are charged for
bikes, motorcycles (on the beach), rafts,
chairs and umbrellas. Cribs, strollers,
wheelchairs and VCR'S are also
available for a nominal fee at the
Resort. Occupancy strictly enforced in
each unit. A car is recommended to fully
enjoy the area. Resort has a limit of ONE
parking space per unit. Lobby hours are 8
