phones, microwaves and dishwashers. Units
have .75 baths with no bath tubs. Units
are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath
and either 1 king or 2 queen beds. 1BR
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1
queen bed and sleeper sofa. Notify resort
in advance if guests are arriving ahead
of the person named on the reservation.
There is good public transportation in
New Orleans, so having a car is not
necessary to enjoy your stay. You may
only park your car at the resort by using
Valet parking for a fee of US$20 per day
plus tax-total of US$23.20 daily. Guest
certificates are required if any person
other than the member is checking in.
Resort requires pre-authorization of
US$100 per room & parking fees on
card. Confirmation paperwork with the
name of person checking in required at
check-in. A cleaning fee of US$45-$75 is
required for all less-than-7-night
