All air-conditioned units at Coconut Bay
Resort feature a telephone, television,
and a full kitchen with a microwave oven.
Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath,
a queen bed, and a sleep sofa. 1BR units
OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, either a
king or queen bed and a sleep sofa. 1BR
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 1/2 baths,
either a king or queen bed and a sleep
sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2
baths, either a king or a queen bed, 2
twin beds and a sleep sofa. Elevator in 3
story building only. NO PETS ALLOWED ON
PROPERTY. NO TRAILERS OR RV'S
ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. A Mandatory imprint
of a credit card for a US$100 security
deposit is required at check-in. Office
hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 8am - 7pm,
and Sun 9am - 1 pm. IF YOU ANTICIPATE
ARRIVING AFTER OFFICE HOURS ON ANY DAY,
YOU MUST CONTACT THE RESORT FOR CHECK-IN
PROCEDURES. If prior arrangements are not
made, you will not be able to check-in
until the next day and must find your own
accomodations for the night. Occupancy is
strictly enforced. No rollaway beds are
permitted in the units.
