Powderhorn is located on the beautiful North Slope of the Grand Mesa, the highest flat-top mountain in the world. The ski lifts at Powderhorn are within walking distance. The resort also sponsors a children's Learn to Ski program. In warm weather, many lakes offer trout fishing and other water activities. Horseback riding is available at Mesa Lakes Resort, five miles away. Powderhorn is on the nation's list of scenic byways. Colorado National Monument, Glenwood Spring natural hot-springs pools, Delta County, and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison are all with in a 90-minute drive.

movie rentals, video-cassette recorder,
washer/dryer and microwave oven. All units
have wireless internet, however service
is intermittent. The units do not have air
conditioning. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4
have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa.
1BR loft units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2
baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR
units OCC:Max 6/Pri/6 have 1.75 baths, 2
queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR loft
units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2.75 baths, 3
queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are
allowed. No elevators on site. Inbounds
