provides each unit with a daily newspaper.
There are laundry facilities on site. 1BR
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 1.5
baths, 1 queen bed or 1 king bed and 1
sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6
have 1 full bath, a full bath with shower
(no tub), and a half bath, 1 queen bed, 2
twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. All 2BR units
are townhouses. All but 4 units have
stairs. All unit assignments are final.
The resort is unable to relocate inbounds
for any reason; please do not request. No
pets are allowed at the resort. A car is
recommended to enjoy the area. Resort has
2 floors - no elevators. Check-in begins
at 3PM. For late arrival, contact resort
at 228-388-7553, ext 0. Smoking is not
allowed in the units or in the common
areas. US$100 damage deposit is required
at check-in. There is a minimum age
requirement of 25 for anyone checking
into the resort. ID will be checked.
