Each unit at SVC @ Paniolo Greens has full
kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove,
refrigerator, laundry, TV with VCR/DVD,
and telephone. Optional air conditioning
available for US$35 per week, payable at
check-in. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6
have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and
a queen sleep sofa or 1 king bed, 1 queen
bed and queen sleep sofa. Bed
configurations vary and cannot be
guaranteed until check-in. Some units
have both external and internal stairs.
Buildings are 2 story; no elevator There
is free WiFi in all villas, and a putting
green on-site. A car is required to
fully enjoy the area. Taxi to/from the
airport is approximately US$50 each way.
Resort is 10-minute drive from the beach.
By law, guests must pay a transient
accomodations tax in Hawaii, approximately
US$20-US$40 per interval confirmed.
