Offer is based on single/double occupancy in a Garden View Room.  High bidder may upgrade their accommodations as follows:

• Partial Ocean View - an additional $250 per person per week 
• Ocean View Room - an additional $500 per person per week 

All guest rooms have the following ameneties: 3 multi-line phones with voicemail, speakerphone and computer/fax connections, television, coffee maker, hair dryer, AM/FM stereo with 3 disc CD player and dual cassette player, mini-bar, refrigerator, iron and board, vanity mirror, safe and spacious bathroom.

Children age 16 & under stay free when sharing a room with parents, maximum 2 children per room.

Maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
