private balcony with a beach and water
view. Room amenities include A/C, two
cable TV's, full kitchen, microwave
and a video cassette player. All rooms
are 2BR OCC:Max 6/Pri 6 with 2 baths.
Beds are 1 king, 1 queen, and a sleeper
sofa (1st-4th floors); 1 king, 2 twins,
and a sleeper sofa (5th floor).
*Occupancy is strictly enforced
(including children and infants)* Local
telephone calls are free, US$0.50 charge
for 800 numbers and credit card calls.
Check-in on Saturday after 3:00PM. The
office is open until 6PM on Saturday.
Late arrivals must contact the resort in
advance at 727-596-8610, for check-in
procedures. 10:00AM check-out is strictly
enforced and violators will be charged
US$50 Fee. Security Deposit is required:
Mastercard and Visa only. Unit confirmed
by RCI is the unit you will occupy, no
upgrades or relocations by resort or RCI
based on view preference. Limited parking,
one car per unit permitted on premises,
violators will be towed. RV's, boats,
trailers, campers and pets are not allowed
