Rendezvous Villa is located on the Northern coastline of Jamaica in Runaway Bay. The villa is nestled on over an acre of land in a prestigious area and sits atop the SuperClub's golf course.

The villa is spacious with over 5,000 sq. ft. of living space, five bedrooms that accommodates 10 individuals, a living room, kitchen, two dining areas and two verandas. Children are welcome but pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in in the villa but is permitted in all of the open areas.

YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL

Each bedroom has air-conditioning and a telephone for guest use. Bed linens and towels are provided. Rendezvous Villas has two large verandas with lots of seating to enjoy a panoramic view of the Northern coastline as well as dinner seating. Guests will also enjoy having access to their own private pool, with a huge outdoor sundeck. The sundeck has loungers for eight and separate table and chairs.

The grounds, which is fenced in with secure privacy, also contains a large garden. The kitchen is modern and includes a refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, oven and microwave. In addition to the dining facilities on the veranda, there is an indoor dining room. The large living room has two couches, chairs, Satellite TV, VCR and DCD player.

During your stay, a full time staff of 4 including a cook, housekeeper and security guard/gardener will be there for your convenience. The staff takes care of all the cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, etc. Car hire and transfers can also be arranged. There is no additional charges for the full-time staff but please do allow for staff gratuities.

OFFER IS BASED ON A MINIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 4 GUESTS. (Maximum 10 guests occupancy.) Bedding arrangements are based on Double Occupancy.

Additional Guests: High bidder may bring additional guests (up to a maximum of 6 additional guests) for an additional $255.00 per person per week.

Meal Option: For an additional $200.00 per person per week, breakfast and dinner meals will be prepared for you in your villa by your own private chef. Meal option includes the purchase of groceries. Alcohol is NOT included.

Golf Option: Guests may add Unlimited Golf Greens for the entire week for + $70.00 per person. Golf at the Breezes Runaway Bay Resort Championship Golf Course, where Rendezvous Villas sits directly above and is just a five minute walk away.
