Your all-inclusive stay includes:

• All meals and snacks. Enjoy scrumptious breakfasts and lunch buffets and fabulous dinners daily. All snacks, spectacular themed dinners, nightly entertainment and tropical drinks are included. Our restaurants include Mangrove Cafe, Manor House Restaurant, and Iguana Grill.
• All beverages (including premier liquor and house wine) Premium cocktails, beer, wine and champagne by the glass, are served in both restaurants. Turtle Rock Sports Bar and the Ocean Club Entertainment Lounge features nightly entertainment.
• All activities, recreation, entertainment and non-motorized sports. Play tennis on our four lighted Laykold courts, basketball or beach volleyball. Have fun windsurfing, kayaking, or snorkeling. Enjoy a complimentary scuba or snorkel clinic. For a free, you can also jet ski, parasail, scuba dive or take a catamaran sail to a neighboring island.

Accommodations offered as part of this auction are in a Superior Garden View Room based on double occupancy. High bidder has the option to UPGRADE to one of the following at additional costs per person per night.

• Deluxe Partial Water View for + $15.00 per person per night
• Luxury Full Ocean View for + $35.00 per person per night

Children Rates When Sharing a Room with Two Adults

• Children Age 2 & Under stay FREE.
• Children Age 3 - 12 years are an additional $55.00 per child per night.
• Children Age 13 - 17 years are an additional $80.00 per child per night.

A third or fourth Adult guest (18 years and older) may be accommodated for an additional $115.00 per person per night.

Maximum occupancy is 4 people per room.

Tax and service charge of $32.00 per person per night are additional.

Single Supplement: Offer is based on double occupancy but a single supplement of $90.00 per night additional is available for those traveling solo.
