A great family retreat, Bear Lake Timeshare offers diverse activity in the peace and solitude of northern Utah. The resort is located on 20 miles of crystal clear lake, offering most water sports. Sailboats, motorboats, fishing boats, paddleboats, canoes, and rafts are available for rent. You'll also find an outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, miniature golf course, and tennis courts. A mile away is one of Utah's top-rated nine-hole golf courses. For winter fun, Beaver Mountain Resort is just 17 miles away.
Additional Information
All units have a television, VCR, a
fireplace and a mini kitchen with a
dishwasher. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6
have 1-2 baths, 2 queen beds and a Murphy
bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1
bath, 2 queen beds and 1 Murphy bed. 2BR
units with a loft OCC: Max 8/ Pri 6 have
2 baths, 3 queen beds, and a queen size
murphy bed or 2 queen beds and a set of 2
bunk beds. The pool, amenities and
concessions are open Memorial Day through
Labor Day weather permitting. There is a
fee for most concessions (i.e. boat
rental). Golf open from April 1st
through October 15th. The Jacuzzi and
sauna are open all year long. The
on-site restaurant is seasonal. There is
no elevator on site. There is a Mid-week
linen exchange. Pets are not allowed. A
car is required to fully enjoy the area.
There is a US$10.00 deposit for a gate
pass and a US$100.00 security deposit
required at check-in. Check-in is between
4PM and 10 PM on the scheduled day of
arrival. Checking in at any other time
requires making special per-arrangements
with the resort in advance with the
resort at 801/946-3306.
