Each unit at 4 Seasons at Beech offer a
television and a partial kitchen including
a microwave oven, cooktop, refrigerator
and dishwasher. The units do not have
conventional ovens or air conditioning.
STUDIO units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath,
1 murphy bed and 1 pull sofa. Please note
these units are very small and may be best
suited for only 2 adults. 1 BR units
OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 2 queen
beds in the bedroom and 1 pull sofa in
the living area. 1BR UNITS HAVE A SPIRAL
STAIRCASE UP TO A SECOND FLOOR WITHIN THE
UNIT. THIS IS NOT A GOOD OPTION FOR THOSE
WITH DIFFICULTY CLIMBING STAIRS.
