are laundry facilities on-site. Units that
start with (2) are on the second floor.
No elevators. No pets allowed. There is a
small deposit for amenities. Studio units
OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 are 300 to 350 sq ft and
have 1 bath, 1 queen bed & click clack
bed. (Size of 1 motel room). 1BR OCC: Max
6/Pri 2 are approximately 450 sq ft and
have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sleep
sofa and click clack bed. (Size of
approximately 1.5 motel rooms). 1BR OCC:
Max 6/Pri 4 are approximately 630 sq ft
and have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen
sleep sofa, and click clack bed. (Approx.
size of 2 motel rooms). *Click clack beds
are for two small children. No pets
allowed. A US$100 cash deposit (No
checks accepted) credit card authorization
required at check-in. **Room assignments
are final. Do not call the resort to be
relocated for ocean view, ground floor or
handicap units.* Boat slips are available
for US$50/wk + 7% sales tax. Please call
in advance to reserve boat docks, space
is limited. Beach towels are not provided.
A car is recommended to enjoy the area.
