Hiawatha Manor at Lake Tansi offers both beautiful surroundings and a wealth of recreation and is a terrific vacation retreat. Splash away in any of our four lakes located on property a mile from your unit. Tansi Marina is open May through September. Small bass fishing boats are available for rental, for fishing only. Other recreation facilities include two outdoor pools, one indoor pool and a sandy beach. A mile from your unit, a playground, a health spa with indoor racquetball courts, whirlpool and saunas. Tee off on our 18-hole PGA championship golf course.

Your vacation unit has a fireplace, full
kitchen, microwave, television, telephone,
VCR, and air-conditioning. Some units have
a dishwasher. Resort has coin operated
laundry on site. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri
4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and a sleep
sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1
bath, either 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and
a sleep sofa; or 1 queen bed, 1 double
bed and a sleep sofa. ALTHOUGH THE LAKE
IS LOCATED ON SITE, IT MAY BE AT LEAST A
MILE FROM YOUR UNIT. The resort is
located in a dry county. NO PETS ARE
ALLOWED. There is a US$100 refundable
security deposit required at check-in:
credit card or check only. Please call
two weeks ahead for golf tee times:
931/788-3301. The Lake Tansi golf course
will only allow soft spike shoes.
Children must be at least 14 years old to
golf and 12 years old to use the weight
room. THERE IS A CHARGE PER PERSON (OVER
6 YEARS OLD), PER DAY, PER AMMENITY FOR
USE OF THE INDOOR POOL, OUTDOOR POOL,
HEALTH SPA, MINIATURE GOLF AND PADDLE
BOATS. AMMENITIES ARE SEASONAL, CONTACT
RESORT FOR DETAILS. A CAR IS RECOMMENDED
FOR EASY ACCESS TO FACILITIES.
