No matter the season, West Virginia's Snowshoe Mountain has increasingly attracted enthusiasts of all types, particularly since top ski village operator Intrawest purchased the resort in 1995. After more than ten years of unprecedented success, Snowshoe Mountain Resort welcomes Sawmill Village, a new cutting-edge private gated community boasting privileged ski-in, ski-out access and the state's highest green practices.


The house  is located in 11,000 acres of pristine natural beauty with four seasons of excitement at Snowshoe's only gated slope-side community, Sawmill Village. It  was built in the middle of Nature's Mountain Playground which offers something for all ages. Roll out of bed and grab your gear as we are only 50 yards from the Widowmaker Slope and the Soaring Eagle lift! We have a full kitchen with hardwood floors, wood cabinets and granite countertops, 2 car garage, hot tub, fireplace, HDTV, free Internet access and long distance calling. In the winter you can enjoy activities including skiing, tubing, sledding, snowshoeing, night skiing and more. During the summer you have fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking, golf, Segway Tours, Off Road Buggy Tours, Sporting Clays and Scenic Lift Rides. Other area attractions include: Beartown State Park, New River Gorge, Cass Railroad, The Greenbrier, National Radio Astronomy Observatory and Droop Mountain Civil War Battlefield just to name a few!

A tax and service charge of $99 per night is additional.

Stay a minimum of 4 nights and up to 14 nights.

Cleaning Fees:
A one-time cleaning fee of $200 will be applied per reservation. The cleaning fee is to be paid directly at the condo.
