Michael N. Hering Michael N. Hering has nearly three decades of experience in the travel and leisure industry. He is a founder of the Company and has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and director since the Company's inception in February 1999. Until March 2000, he was also Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Magical Holidays, Inc., one of the leading travel wholesalers in the United States. Salvatore Esposito Salvatore P. Esposito, Jr. has over two decades of experience in the travel and leisure industry. He is a founder of the Company and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and director since January 2000. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Esposito served as Vice President of Magical Holidays, Inc. From 1984 to 1993, he held various executive positions with major international and domestic carriers, including Eastern Airlines, British Airways, Pan American Airways and Sabena Airlines. Gary Doughty Gary Doughty has more than a decade of experience in the information technology field, working in software development and management positions at companies including Ernst & Young, Microsoft, and Texas Instruments. He was previously a consultant to SkyAuction.com, leading the development of SkyAuction.com's website and all auction management and travel fulfillment systems before joining the company as an employee in January 2002. Mr. Doughty holds bachelors and masters degrees in Computer Science and an MBA from Rice University. He is based in the Houston, Texas development offices of the company. Don Freno Don Freno has more than a decade of experience in the travel and leisure industry. He is a founder of the company and has served as Vice President, Operations since the Company's inception in February 1999. Previously, Mr. Freno was Operations Manager at Magical Holidays, Inc., where he developed and implemented systems to handle high-volume air ticket sales. Tilly M. Bachmann Ms. Bachmann has over a decade and a half of experience in the airline industry. Before joining SkyAuction, she was National Sales Manager at Alitalia Airlines, where she helped shape policy and distribution strategy. Before joining Alitalia, Ms. Bachmann was employed by Lufthansa, where she was responsible for leisure traffic in Lufthansa's largest U.S. sales area. She began her career in the reservations and passenger service areas at Lufthansa. Maxine Fried Maxine Fried has nearly three decades of experience in the airline industry. She was previously with Air France for 24 years, where she started as a reservations agent, was promoted to various positions, and eventually created and headed for 10 years the Space Control Department, a group responsible for monitoring abusive bookings and investigating booking frauds, to help maximize load factors on Air France flights. DeeDee Flagg DeeDee began her design career at DDB Needham Worldwide working on accounts such as Universal Motion Pictures, Disney and Warner Bros. She has freelanced for major firms such as: Primo Angelis, Wieden+Kennedy and Microsoft. She began working for Magical Holidays, Inc. in 1994. While managing the San Francisco, CA office she further developed her skills while creating collateral for the "Magical Family of Companies". She has been with SkyAuction.com since inception. |
