  • Four dining venues to choose from including Signatures Restaurant, dedicated to Le Cordon Bleu® cuisine
  • Single, open-seating dining
  • Full entertainment program

  • Activities

With one of the highest space ratios at sea, Seven Seas Voyager offers an unusual array of pleasurable pastimes - including some activities rarely available even in the finest resorts on land. Contract Bridge, for example, complimentary computer classes, art auctions and classes in ballroom dancing. However, to do or not to do is up to you.

Guest Lecturers - On each voyage, a guest lecturer drawn from the highest ranks of the Diplomatic Service, leading universities or museums presents informal talks or slide shows about the unique places you'll be visiting. Learn about the Incas of Peru on a South America cruise, for example, or a lecture on Renaissance Florence on a voyage around Italy.

Classes and Workshops - Guests who prefer to take a cyberpath to enlightenment will find at least 14 computers in the Club.com, 4 computers in the Internet Café, and both color and laser printers, all available for a nominal charge. Free computer classes include Introduction to E-mail and Advanced Word Processing and Digital Photography may also be available. Or if bridge is your game, a certified Master Bridge instructor can teach you the fine art of contract or duplicate bridge in the card room.

Our exclusive Le Cordon Bleu Class Culinaire is available on select sailings, a hands-on experience taught by chefs trained in the Le Cordon Bleu method of classic French cooking. There is a charge of $395 per guest for this exclusive course.

Sports Activities, Pool and Whirlpool - Deck 12 is devoted to sports with golf cages, shuffleboard, paddle tennis and a full-circle jogging track. One flight down, the teak pool deck is one of the most expansive at sea, includes a large heated pool, two whirlpools, table tennis, and a Pool Bar and Grill.

Fitness Center & Aerobics Room - Devotees of health and fitness will find the latest exercise equipment in the window-walled Fitness Center. In the Aerobics Room next door, professional instructors lead fitness classes, while for the perfect denouement, the Carita Spa presents an elaborate array of spa and beauty treatments for the ultimate in relaxation and renewal.

Equipment includes lifecycles, free weights, striders, stairmasters, treadmills, weight benches, a Nautilus machine, workout mats and step benches. A fitness instructor is on hand to offer advice and to demonstrate the use of the fitness equipment.

Carita of Paris - Seven Seas Voyager guests have access to Carita Spa, one of the most exclusive land-based spa operations in the world. With its unrivalled approach to spa and beauty, services are tailored uniquely to the needs of each individual. Aboard our ships, Carita Spas are a heavenly escape into a secluded realm of supreme tranquility. Designed as a luxurious refuge from everyday stresses, our Carita Spas combine the art of gentle pampering with an extensive range of physical regimens including health and revitalization.

This upscale spa, whose patented techniques flow from its Parisian heritage, was founded with a single aim: to unveil "the touch of charm inside everyone with made-to-measure solutions." The Carita approach couples pleasure with effectiveness, sophistication with simplicity and research with the expertise of highly trained beauty therapists, hairdressers and nail technicians.

Treatments includ Pro-Lift skin care therapies, Renvateur exfoliating process, massage, thalassotherapy, reflexology, aromatherapy, body wraps, facials and beauty treatments.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises recently received the honor of "Best Cruise Line Spa" in Conde Nast Traveler's 2006 Readers Poll!

    Entertainment

On just about any night on the Seven Seas Voyager, you'll be tempted to abandon any thoughts of going to bed at a sensible hour. There are dazzling live performances, thrilling games of chance, romantic cabaret acts, hilarious (and sometimes quite talented) Karaoke performances, plus dancing until you tell us when. Need a partner? One of our gentlemen hosts will be honored to spin you around the floor.

Constellation Theater - In the Constellation Theater, an expectant hush gives way to applause as the curtain opens on a spectacular performance.  Dazzling Broadway musical revues are presented the state-of-the-art, two-tiered show lounge with its full-size proscenium stage. The dynamic production shows including Oh, What a Night, Broadway Today and On a Classical Note were created by renowned producer Peter Grey Terhune.

Casino - In the mood to gamble?  Drop by the elegantly appointed Casino, where croupiers deal the cards and announce the plays with a savior-faire that would make James Bond green with envy.  Gaming choices include blackjack, mini-craps, roulette, video poker, and slot machines.

Voyager and Horizon Lounge - In the Voyager Lounge, happy groups gather around the bar for a pre-dinner cocktail as the obliging pianoman renders faithful versions of your favorite songs.  It's only a few steps to the Compass Rose Restaurant, so you may well linger awhile.  Oh, yes, we didn't forget about the dancing.  Make your way back to the stunning Horizon Lounge where a dance floor in the shape of a three-quarter moon overlooks the sea.

Lounges & Cigar Bar - Settle into a comfortable English club chair in the Connoisseur Club, and light up a hand-rolled cigar from the climate-controlled humidor. Or watch for falling stars in the romantic Observation Lounge accompanied by the grand piano or, perhaps, a cabaret artist.

    Dining

There are four open-seating main restaurants plus the Pool Grill - a surprising number for a ship of her size! Waiters recruited from some of the world's finest restaurants and hotels provide our renowned "Above & Beyond" service. A choice of fine, complimentary wine is poured nightly, or a professional sommelier will be pleased to discuss alternatives available for purchase from the Seven Seas Voyager's wine cellar.  And if you prefer to dine en suite, you may order selections from the chef's nightly menu during regular dining hours - while the room service menu is available 24 hours a day.

Compass Rose Restaurant - The Seven Seas Voyager's largest restaurant is spacious and absolutely stunning. Tables are arranged so that most guests have a picture window view, and thanks to the handsome etched glass partitions, you'll feel like you're dining in a much more intimate room. Menus include continental specialties as well as vegetarian and spa cuisine.

Signatures Restaurant - A classically French a la carte restaurant operated under the auspices of Le Cordon Bleu®. Le Cordon Bleu is undoubtedly the most famous culinary school in the world today and these are the only restaurants at sea today operated by Le Cordon Bleu chefs.

The ambience onboard the Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner, is classically and elegant French, of course, and the cooking techniques are those handed down by generations of Cordon Bleu Chefs, but the cuisine is far from traditional - a marvelous mixture of culinary delights as inventive and eclectic as tomorrow.
In order to ensure the authenticity and quality of the Le Cordon Bleu experience from Paris, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate alterations from this menu. This elegant venue is only open for dinner, the Dress Code requires Jackets for Gentlemen and Informal for Ladies.

Latitudes - With tastes to reflect the cuisine of regions visited on select itineraries, Latitudes, the most intimate of restaurants on the Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner, will now serve a distinctly Indochine-styled cooking influenced by a broader Asian palette.  Authentic Vietnamese fare will be prepared using French cooking technique, served in traditional family-style by Asian waitresses.  The set menu - with portions sized to invite tasting and sharing - features five appetizers (e.g., fresh Imperial Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Roll and Fried Vegetarian Won Ton with Shaoxing Rice Wine), one soup and salad plus three main courses (e.g., Aromatic Prawn Curry with Lemongrass and Piquant-Garlic, and Galangal-Marinated Chicken Thighs), framed by side dishes like Chiang Mai Fried Rice and Fried Egg Noodle with Vegetables, topped off by a dessert.  Fine wines paired with the Indochine menu will be poured on a complimentary basis.

This restaurant is open only for dinner.

La Veranda - The festive La Veranda is filled with the light-hearted bonhomie you might find in a small trattoria or French brasserie. Here you can enjoy an enticing mix of Mediterranean cuisine with a North African influence. Stuffed aubergines, for example, or Lamb Tagine with dried Figs and Almonds. La Veranda is also the venue for elaborate breakfast and lunch buffets in a more casual atmosphere.
