The guests arriving from SkyAuction.com should not be charged for room/tax.
Incidentals are to be paid by the guest.
The voucher being supplied to the hotel from the guest should be kept for accounting/reconciliation purposes only and should be compared against the funds paid out to you by CHACT.
SkyAuction.com will submit the revenues, minus the contracted commission, for all stays during that period to the Caribbean Hotel Association Charitable Trust (CHACT) and CHACT will then pay the hotel on a quarterly basis. The funds will be provided to the resort via check with the appropriate back up details.
