Adjacent to the south shore of Lake Tahoe and the Ski Run Marina is the Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort. Within two miles of the resort, enjoy cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, and snow-boarding at Heavenly Ski Resort; horseback riding; world-renowned casinos; fishing and boating; mountain biking; restaurants; and live entertainment. On site, enjoy the resort's pool, exercise equipment, sauna, and hot tub. Whether visiting in the summer or winter, the resort's laid-back atmosphere is the perfect setting for a vacation. Please be aware the resort has very limited parking facilities on site!

There is an additional charge of US$16.00 per unit per day for valet or self parking. The Resort is a Non-Smoking resort. Wireless is available for a fee. Most units have a safe in the bedroom. The pool is open year-round. No pets allowed. No RVs are allowed. The resort is unable to upgrade accommodations to a larger unit.

Studio Unit sleeps maximum up to 4 and have one bath and a mini kitchen.  There is no balcony or fireplace in these units.
